One of the identities of President Barack Obama is the profound love and admiration women have for him. The fact that our 44th President was smart, good looking, charismatic, trim, fit, intelligent, introspective, and possessed a sense of humor didn't hurt. But the quintessential reason so many women loved President Barack Obama is because women love men who love children; and Barack Obama loves children. Babies show love for Mr Obama because babies, unlike anyone else, are unashamedly attracted to love, goodness, and wholesomeness. They are repulsed by every man who lack those qualities.
Toddlers and small children will not run with or chase after a man who is without love, honor, integrity, and dignity. When children are cajoled or under duress by adults to engage in play with a man possessed by a negative aura, they are repulsed by such an aura and are more inclined to cry, scream, or shrink away from a man who does not exhibit the qualities Mr Obama happily shared with them.
Nor will children race, run with, or chase after a man who is narcissistic, vain, self-centered, toxic, divisive, and revel in lies, distortions and hate. But a man who love children will race and run with children because he knows it makes them happy and appreciated.
A man will not show love and affection for other parent's children if he first does not have love and affection for his own children.
As important as it is that a man should love his children, it is equally important that he likely will first love his children's mother.

President Obama was not thin-skinned, aloof, or untouchable for children.
Children loved and trusted the American President because he loved and trusted them, too. That Barack Obama was the "Black President" was irrelevant because they had not yet learned to hate a man because of his race, color, or ethnic origin.
Babies and toddlers are attracted to kindness and goodness that love them back.
Babies and toddlers are not happy around mean, unhappy, cruel, divisive men. When they are in the presence of meanness and hate they do not laugh, giggle, squeal with delight, or show joy; they cry. Happy children were ever present with America's 44th president.
